Facilitating learning is our passion; designing together is our approach and performance improvement and individual growth will be the result. Design2Learn supports organisations and individuals in learning and development issues by designing and facilitating the appropriate learning solution. We work together with our clients and partners to make each project a learning experience for all.
We are specialised in:
- Design and development of blended learning programmes, in particular ‘Train the Trainer’, ‘Leadership Development’ and ‘Human Resource Development’ programmes
- Facilitation of face-to-face and distance learning programmes
- Coaching of participants in the different programmes especially people responsible for learning within organisations
- Assessment and evaluation of learning activities and programmes
- Development of instruments and tools to support learning, including writing course maps, (e-) modules and facilitator guides
