  • Design and development of blended learning programmes, in particular ‘Train the Trainer’, ‘Leadership Development’ and ‘Human Resource Development’ programmes
  • Facilitation of face-to-face and distance learning programmes
  • Coaching of participants in the different programmes especially people responsible for learning within organisations
  • Assessment and evaluation of learning activities and programmes
  • Development of instruments and tools to support learning, including writing course maps, (e-) modules and facilitator guides
